Calling all Scouts and those interested in JOINING!

Current Scouts - if you have a friend that is interested in joining you in all your Cub Scouting fun be sure to invite him to a Pack or Den meeting so that he can see what it is like.  To join there is a fee of $35 which will get them a subscription to Boy's Life magazine and membership in the BSA - it will also get them a neckerchief and the fee helps to cover administrative costs for the first half of the year.

Popcorn Sales are Poppin'!

The annual BSA popcorn fundraiser is going on now!  If you didn't receive you popcorn packet yet please let your den leader or Ellie know.  We are expecting 100% participation in our sale this year.   Monies earned from the sale help support our Scouting program and help to support our Maui County council.

Parents: In your packets/sales brochure there are helpful hints and some basic safety rules - be sure to go over them with your Scout BEFORE you go out.

Remember to SET a GOAL and HAVE FUN!

Store Front Sales Opportunity!
We have the opportunity to sell popcorn in the front of various stores with product that the Scout office brought in ahead of our regular orders.  This will help those Scouts that need help making their goal or want to work on their selling skills.  We are doing 2 - 3 Cub Scouts per shift.

Saturday - October 17th - Pack 22 will have a table in front of Safeway Kihei - 10am - 2pm

Schedule:  
10am - 12pm
Devon (Bear) + Parent
Trevor (Bear) + Erica
Andrew (W1) + Todd

12pm - 2pm
Jacob (W1) + Ellie
Kapono (W1) + Kyoko
Jake (W1) + Gary

If you don't want your slot please let me know ASAP so that I may assign the shift to another Scout/family!

Send me an email if you want to waitlist for one of the shifts or if you would be interested in another weekend at another store.  I've requested more weekends and stores if possible from the Scout office - just awaiting confirmation.
