Pack 22 - Whassup?!

SEPTEMBER

Our Recruitment is still continuing - as long as there are boys interested in joining we are happy to share the message of Scouting with them!

Den Meetings: All dens should have had their first meeting of the year - if you didn't make it to the last one be sure to check with your den leader about any homework assignments they may have assigned and when the next den meeting is.  Parents remember it's your committment to get your Scout to their meetings regularly.

Maui Fair Parade - this year marks the 89th year of the  Maui County Fair!  Once again we will join 1000 other Scouts from all over Maui Nui to march as one in parade the kicks off this annual family fun event.

Pack and Troop 22 will meet on the great lawn area by the metal sculptures - look for a floating balloon to mark where we will be - Boys wear your Class A uniform - everyone that marches needs to wear closed toe shoes - this is a BSA requirement and also a Maui Fair Parade requirement! Detailed instructions were emailed to you previously.

October

Popcorn sales start on 10/1 and will run through 11/11/11 - if you haven't received your popcorn sales packet let your den leader know.

 Calling all Scouts and those interested in JOINING!

Current Scouts - if you have a friend that is interested in joining you in all your Cub Scouting fun be sure to invite him to a Pack or Den meeting so that he can see what it is like.  To join there is a fee of $40 which will get them a subscription to Boy's Life magazine and membership in the BSA - it will also get them a neckerchief and the fee helps to cover administrative costs for the first half of the year.
