Here is a breakdown of Pack Positions that need to be filled as soon as possible. Keep in mind that this is your son's Pack and your assistance is vital to ensure that we are able provide an interesting program for all our boys.

Cub Master: Organize and oversee the pack meeting and other pack activities in a fun and active way. Involving parents in all the meetings, being a positive role model, and deliver a monthly Cubmaster minute.
Den Leader/Assistant Den Leader: Leader of a den of boys in charge of helping the boys fullfill their requirements and attaining their rank. Signing off on their books and keeping records of same. Ensuring that the boys are recognized for their efforts and involving their parents in the planning and implementing of their program goals. Training is provided and required.
Committee Member:
Committee Chair: Call and run monthly pack leaders' meetings and oversee pack's finances/maintain records. Oversee award presentations for boys, coordinate special activities, and complete rechartering of the pack each year.
Pack Secretary: Attend monthly leader/Committee meetings. Take notes and provide minutes to committee. Responsibilities can and may include securing Tour permits from the Scout office and providing sign up sheets for any activities requiring it.
Treasurer: Keep financial information and checking account in order. Make deposits, pay bills, and manage Petty cash fund.
Outdoor activity committee: Help plan and implement Pack outdoor activities to include outings to the beach, park, Maui County parade. The activities are to enhance our current program and will serve to provide fun and exciting activities for our Scouts.
Family Camp committee: Help plan and coordinate activities relating to camp from sign ups to menus.
Good Turn Committee: Plan and coordinate a can food drive in November in conjunction with the Maui County Council.
Pack Holiday Dinner: Plan and coordinate a dinner for the Pack and Troop in December. Including selection of venue, decorations, and evening program.
Pinewood Derby: Plan and coordinate derby car workshops, rules, and actual day event to include awards and Snack Shop donations.
Blue and Gold Banquet Committee: Cub Scout Birthday dinner. Plan and coordinate a dinner for the Pack and Troop. Including selection of venue, decorations, and evening program.
Scout O Rama: Council wide event that showcases Cub Scouting in our community. Help plan and coordinate Pack presentation table and sign up boys for Council wide Pinewood Derby & Raingutter regatta.
Day Camp Coordinator: Council wide Day camp at Camp Maluhia. Coordinate sign ups and Pack activity that be presented. Also coordinate car pools and adult volunteers at camp.
Webelos Camp Adult participant: Webelos that are attending the Webelos camp will need adults to help supervise.
Experienced Uniform Coordinator: Keep an inventory of "experienced" (used) uniforms to help our boys get a complete uniform together.
Fundraising Committee: Fundraising is how we are able to keep costs down and provide for all the awards and activities that the boys are able to participate in. We have two fundraisers we do each year: Popcorn sale in October and Sees candy sale in February.
